Impressed from booking to finish! Had a bad experience with another company before over-wet, long drying time, strong smell. Briteclean was completely different. They cleaned our queen mattress (heavy sweat + body oil buildup), two single kids' mattresses, and our large sectional sofa in one go. Used low-moisture method so everything dried in 3–4 hours. Showed us the extracted dirt (shocking how much came out of the mattresses!), applied anti-allergen and protector treatment. No residue, no overpowering scent, furniture protected. Friendly and hardworking team. Already booked our car seats for next month. Best upholstery/mattress cleaners in town!

Best decision we made for better sleep! Our toddler's mattress was stained from accidents, milk spills, and general kid mess, we were considering throwing it out. BriteClean handled it so well: enzyme pre-treatment, hot water extraction, and mattress protector application. All stains lifted (even the old urine ones), no wet-sleep feeling, dried super fast with their industrial fans. They also refreshed our fabric headboard and living room sofa while they were here. Team was polite, explained everything, protected our floors perfectly. House smells clean and fresh now. 5 stars all the way — will use them every 12 months!

Outstanding mattress and upholstery cleaning! Our king-size mattress had been slept on for 7+ years yellowed, full of dust mites, and had that musty smell no amount of airing could fix. BriteClean came with their deep steam + UV sanitisation combo. They showed me the disgusting brown water they pulled out and the before/after microscope photos of dust mites mind-blowing. Mattress feels fresh, bouncy again, no chemical smell at all. They also did our 3-seater sofa in the same visit and both came out like new. Professional, thorough, and worth every ringgit. Already recommended to my whole family!

Called BriteClean for an emergency clean our cream leather sofa had huge red wine and curry stains from a party disaster the night before. I was panicking thinking we'd have to replace it. They managed to slot us in the next day, worked carefully (no damage to leather at all), and used specialised leather-safe products. Both stains lifted almost completely, you can barely tell anything happened. Fast, efficient, friendly team and very reasonable price for the quality. Wow, what a transformation! We have a light beige velvet sofa that looked disgusting after 4 years (spills, dust, pet hair embedded deep). BriteClean did a deep extraction clean + protectant application. The colour came back beautifully, texture is soft again, and most importantly, all the stubborn dark patches and odours are completely gone. The technician was polite, explained every step, and even showed me the dirty water they extracted so I could see the difference. Hands down the best upholstery cleaning service we've ever used! Our L-shaped fabric sofa had years of kid stains, coffee marks, and general grime — we were ready to give up on it. The BriteClean team came on time, did a very thorough pre-inspection, and used a combination of steam + enzyme treatment that actually removed stains I thought were permanent.
